Marta Domachowska (born January 16, 1986, Warsaw) is a Polish professional tennis player. She began playing at age 7. She reached the semi finals of Australian Open Junior Championships in 2003. Her racquet brand is Wilson and her favourite surface is hard. She recently reached the final of the WTA tournament in Memphis, in 2006, playing Sofia Arvidsson in the final. Voracova, and lose first round as No.275 WC at Sopot to No.78 Silvija Talaja; as No.244 qualifier at Pattaya City, extended No.135 Elena Tatarkova to 3 sets before lose 1r; won $25K ITF/Torun-POL as qualifier (third singles title).
2004 - First Top 100 finish; Tour final debut at Seoul (l. to Sharapova), also SF at Sopot (defeat No.20 Anna Smashnova 76(4) 61 en route for career-best win; lose to eventual champion Pennetta), QF at Casablanca (l. to Cervanova); Top 100 debut on September 27 at No.100; failed to qualify for the French Open, Wimbledon and U.S. Consecutive 1r losses at Warsaw (l. to Ivanovic), Berlin (l. to qualifier Vakulenko) and Rome (l. to Nakamura); reached 2r at Strasbourg (l. to No.7 seed Zheng); fell 1r at the French Open (l. to No.16 seed and eventual semifinalist Vaidisova).
JULY - At Cincinnati, fell 1r in singles (l. to No.8 seed Dulko) but runner-up in doubles (w/Mirza, l. to top seeds Camerin/Dulko; now 1-3 lifetime in Tour doubles finals); doubles SF in Stanford (w/Bartoli).
